RETURN POLICY
Unless you received the incorrect size or colour, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with your return or exchange. Orders that are being returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you and in their original packaging in a condition that is able to be sold again.
If we give you the incorrect size or colour ONLY, customers have the opportunity to apply for a return or exchange within 1-2 days of the day they get their item!
Please be aware that after an order has been placed, there is no way to amend or cancel it.
REFUNDS POLICY
We will contact you through phone or email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be given to your original mode of payment.
